Ingredients: 

2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, melted
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup chopped chives

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In bowl, blend dry ingredients. Gently stir in remaining ingredients until just blended.
3. Spoon into buttered muffin tins.
4. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
5. Serve with additional Plugrá Butter, softened.
