2 1/2 cups Ingredients:
1 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
2 bunches chives, pureed
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Place the softened Plugrá Butter in a mixing bowl with the paddle attachment.
2. Fold in the pureed chives on low speed and then gradually increase the speed to make sure that all the components are well incorporated.
3. Press the butter mixture through a mesh strainer to remove the chives.
4. Place water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
5. Whisk two tablespoons of chive and butter mixture into boiling water to make a sauce.
