30 servings Ingredients:
1 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
1 1/2 ounces Black Lumpfish caviar, drained of any liquid
Salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces Plugrá European-Style Butter, unsalted, melted
1 1/2 pounds smoked salmon, sliced thin
Directions:
1. In a stainless steel bowl, combine all ingredients until well incorporated. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
2. Serve immediately or transfer to a storage container with a tight-fitting lid and store in refrigeration. If storing in refrigeration, allow to soften at room temperature before spreading.
