6-8 servings Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1 pound dark chocolate (55%)
1/2 cup Plugrá European-Style Butter, unsalted
Directions:
1. Bring the cream to a boil and pour it over the chocolate.
2. Stir until together and then stir in the Plugrá Butter.
