32 servings Ingredients:
1 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, salted, softened
1 pound bleu cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon black pepper, coarsely ground
1 tablespoon red pepper sauce
Directions:
1. Whip Plugrá Butter and cheese until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients to butter, and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Shape into 2 logs using parchment or wax paper. Refrigerate until firm (about 2 hours), slice into thin rounds as needed or transfer to plastic wrap to store.
