Brown Butter Sauce

1 batch of sauce
Ingredients: 

Juice of one lemon
4 ounces Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1 tablespoon shallot, peeled, trimmed, minced
Kosher salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Directions: 

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt and brown the Plugrá Butter, about 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Remove the pan from the heat, add shallots and lemon juice, and correct the seasoning to taste with Kosher salt and black pepper.
