Bluefish with Greek-style Veggies

4 servings Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds bluefish or other firm white fish
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (or use 1 teaspoon dried)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano (or use 1 teaspoon dried)
1/4 to 1/2 cup Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, melted
1/3 cup crumbled Feta cheese
Directions:
1. Place fish on heavy-duty foil that has been sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray.
2. Top with vegetables and seasonings. Drizzle with Plugrá Butter. Sprinkle cheese over top. Seal foil.
3. Place on grill and cook 20 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes.
