Blueberry & Rosemary Butter

Ingredients: 

1/2 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
1/2 cup blueberries, dried
1 pinch Fleur de Sel
1 tablespoon cane sugar
2 teaspoons rosemary, fresh, finely chopped

Directions: 

1. Between sheets of plastic wrap, form butter into an even 5"x6" rectangle; set aside.
2. In a food processor mix all ingredients until well combined.
3. Remove top sheet of plastic from butter and gently sprinkle blueberry mixture evenly over butter.
4. Using bottom layer of plastic, roll the butter up lengthwise, as you would a jelly roll. Keep wrapped in plastic, and cover with foil, and store in refrigerator.
