12 servings Ingredients:
1 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted softened
2 cups bleu cheese, divided in half
2/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 shallots, finely chopped
Salt to taste
White pepper, freshly ground, to taste
Directions:
1. Melt 1 cup of crumbled blue cheese either in the microwave or a saucepan.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened Plugrá Butter, melted blue cheese and crumbled blue cheese.
3. Add the parsley, shallots, salt and pepper to the Plugrá Butter and blue cheese mixture and mix well.
