Black Pepper and Herb Butter

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cups Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
2 shallots, minced
1/4 cup scallions, chives
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon thyme, fresh
1 teaspoon basil, fresh
1 teaspoon oregano, fresh
1 teaspoon marjoram, fresh
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions: 

1. Prepare herb Plugrá Butter- mix soften Plugrá Butter, shallots, scallions, parsley, thyme, basil, oregano, marjoram, mustard, Worcestershire sauce. Blend well. Roll into log using plastic wrap or parchment. Chill and reserve.
