Baked Potato Butter Blend

Ingredients: 

1/2 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted, softened
4 ounces chevre, softened
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1/2 tablespoons black pepper, ground
4 tablespoons chives, finely chopped

Directions: 

1. Whip Plugrá Butter and chevre until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients to butter, and mix until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Use immediately, or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
