Ingredients: 

3 pieces Tiger shrimp, peeled 16-20 count
3 pieces sea scallops, 20-30 count
3 pieces Canadian clam
3 pieces New Zealand green mussels
5 pieces crawfish, cooked, meat only
4 pieces calamari
4 pieces king salmon, diced

Directions: 

1. Blanch the seafood ingredients in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. Then drain.
