Artichoke Parmesan Flavored Butter

Ingredients: 

1/2 pound Plugrá® European-Style Butter, salted, softened
2 ounces pancetta, chopped, sauteed
1/3 cup artichoke hearts, marinated, drained, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
3 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
3 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, coarse
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions: 

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well mixed, about 30 to 45 seconds.
2. Transfer compound butter mixture to a butter bell crock or serving dish. All to chill for 2 hours before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
