Anchovy Toast Rounds

Ingredients: 

1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
3 large stuffed olives
1/4 cup pine nuts
3 anchovy fillets
4 tablespoons Plugrá® European-Style Butter, unsalted
1 loaf French bread, sliced thin

Directions: 

1. In food processor, blend all ingredients.
2. Spread on thin slices of French bread that have been toasted on the reverse side. Broil until bubbly and browned.
