Plugra Receives only "Highly Recommended" rating from Cook's Illustrated

Plugra is honored to have received the only "Highly Recommended" rating from Cook's Illustrated unsalted butter taste test.

Here's what they said:

"The cream of the crop, this “thick and luscious” cultured butter was “complex” and “just a bit tangy” and “grassy.” Some deemed its flavor the most “robust” of all the samples."
